WHAT IT IS ?
Primo Piano LivinGallery is a place for meeting, research and action at the disposal of anyone who produces, takes part in or promotes Art.
Founded in Lecce (Italy) in 2004.
The idea of creating an active centre for a variety of events: contemporary art exhibitions, video art, seminars, small conferences and workshops for artists, comes
from a business and pleasure trips, meetings with
artists and the will and the determination to put together
different projects and shows.
Primo Piano LivinGallery is, above all, a vehicle for ideas opened to future exploration, to contamination from different forms of expression, but is also a place for planning, for carrying out analyses in an urban space, a place where it is possible to create projects and synergies with public and private bodies on a local, national and international level.
It is open to events which range from traditional forms of expression like new painting, sculpture, graphics, design photography to innovative experimentation: video, installations, performance, cyberculture, net art etc.
