Biography
\nAngioletta De Nitto was born to Mesagne (Brindisi)\u00a0 in the 1963, where she lives and works. After the scientific studies she graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Lecce. From 1987 to 1994, she has collaborates with the Superintendence to the Archaeological Goods in Taranto as restaurator.<\/p>\n

In 1995 she decides to exclusively devote to the pictorial search. In 1996 it is among the finalists of the Art Prize banished by the editorial publishing Giorgio Mondadori.<\/p>\n

Her artistic search, that continuous it tightly stirs still today to the beginning from the figurative circle, with realistic connotations and it progressively evolves then in an abstract and symbolic production, represented in the last years by symbolic themes what series on marbles called \u201cONE OF US”; “STORIES” as a variation abstract spatial of the preceding theme; “COSMIC (soul-spatial) JELLYFISHES” – agreements as symbolic transposition in the spatial field of fragments light-color, to overcome the limits of the third dimension.<\/p>\n
