Biography<\/p>\n

Massimiliano Manieri was born in 1968 in Copertino, Lecce. He started around the early 90’s as a nomadic journalist thanks to collaborations with traveling reading projects such as Poet-Bar. <\/span>Here comes his ability to tonalize his approach to the tale, his writings begin to be collected in short stories and poetic texts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

His curiosity at the same time pushes him towards other forms of approach to the poetic metaphors found in his inked pages. <\/span>The first performance attempts are born where gesture, movement (… or total immobility) translate the artist’s now compact idea. Collaborations with cultural associations (Green Ray, C-Art), theatrical workshops (Fondo Verri), galleries <\/span>Of Art (A & A Arts Gallery, Griffin, Primo Piano LivinGallery, Arms of Spirits, Craft Factory, RedContemporary, Palace of Culture) give him  personality more space to expand among the new territories that reaches him in his travel t<\/span>owards a more radical idea of \u200b\u200bpoetic-visual performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, he also has experiences in the field of music, joining group projects: BLACK on WHITE Gospel Choire (by Tyna Casalini), Am Family (by Elisabetta Guido), Sudivoce (by Irene Scardia). Collaborates with Marco Della Gatta in the creation of the  <\/span>Sound of “New World” by Crialese. <\/span>He has successfully started a project of poetic readings on musical creations thanks to the collaboration of Irene Scardia and continues his work as a writer in itinerant reading where thanks to collaborations with other travel companions (Ambra Biscuso, Marthia Carrozzo, Vito Antonio Conte, <\/span>Irene Leo, Maria Pia Romano, Giovanni Carrozzini, Orod\u00e9, Anna Zecca, Irene Scardia) returns to the ancient love never forgotten.<\/span><\/p>\n
