Biography

Angelo de Francisco was born in Milan in 1951 where he lives and works.

After high school diploma in classical art, he attended the Academy of Dance Arts of Brera. After several years of study and work through a large painting that dates back since 1968, through traditional and experimental painting techniques, reach a mature artistic sealed by a number of critical reviews.

Since 2000, the painting is no longer able to express his search and he devoted on digital photography assisted by scanners and image overlay, the endless possibilities of color variation that only computers can provide for each image and situation.

The Videos is a moving painting that tells this newspaper, the “copy-paste” situations extrapolated from TG or another, following a script within, a tale of anger, complaint or hope, transformed by a computerized technique that opens the door to countless interpretations.
